The tower has gone. Only the trail, concrete anchor and named survey marker remains. A beautiful hardwood forest surrounds the site.
GLEN, an unincorporated village, in Glen Township, section 33, and Malmo Township, section 4, bears a euphonious name selected by its settlers at the time of the township organization; a post office operated 1899-1954. Minnesota Historical Society
